Edit a Cash Transfer
- You can edit the transfer details before it is received by following these steps:
- Open Transfers → Cash Transfers → Edit Transfer.
- Enter the transfer number you want to edit.
- Update the recipient’s name or other details (only once).
- After editing, you will receive a notification confirming the successful update.
Cancel a Cash Transfer
- To cancel a cash transfer, follow these steps:
- From the Transfers list, select Cash Transfers → Cancel Transfer.
- Enter the transfer number to be canceled and provide the reason for cancellation.
- Your request will be processed, and the recipient’s approval will be obtained.
- Once approved, you will receive a notification confirming the reversal and cancellation of the transfer.
